From Downtown Fayetteville

Turn off of 301 Business onto Grove Street...go west (Grove becomes Rowan Street), when you come to the end of Rowan/Grove, there is a stoplight at Bragg Boulevard...turn left to leave Rowan/Grove and onto Bragg Boulevard --- follow that into downtown Fayetteville -- Bragg Blvd becomes Robeson Street -- stay on this street until it terminates at Raeford Road...(a couple of miles). Turn left onto Raeford Road, go 2 small blocks and look to the right for Applebee's Restaurant ... turn right (by Applebee's) onto Executive Place and drive approximately 300 yards -- you'll see the JAC/CommuniCare sign to the right, just down the hill....turn right into our parking lot and come in.

From the All-American Freeway Heading South from Fort Bragg

Follow the freeway all the way from Ft. Bragg, past Cross Creek Mall --- look for the Raeford Road (highway 401) exit. Take the East exit (toward downtown, not toward Raeford)....exit onto Raeford Road (highway 401), go through 4 stoplights and look for Harris Teeter Grocery store on the left -- Applebee's Restaurant is on the corner of the Harris Teeter lot -- turn left on Executive Place by Applebee's...go straight down the hill, look for the JAC/CommuniCare sign and turn right into our parking lot.
